This was my first time, won’t be my last. Although I had a tummy ache and had to use a hot water bottle that night, the next day I felt very comfortable. I have subsequently done a few more poos and feel better for it. I know I have issue with medication and have as advised ordered and started to take Pure Magnesium. Thank you Kim for making me feel welcome and put me at ease.
