How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by calling us on 02086732163 or emailing [email protected].

Appointments can also be requested via each therapists page or using the Mindbody App.

Is there anything I need to do before my appointment?

Are therapists who work at Feel Good Balham fully qualified and insured?

Yes, all our therapists have undergone a thorough interview process and a trade test. They possess the relevant qualifications and are insured with a professional indemnity insurance.

Can I claim my treatment back from my insurance company such as Bupa, Vitality, Healthshield and Medicash?

Yes, after your treatment we can provide you with a detailed receipt, showing the treatment you had booked, the therapists name and qualifications.

You just need to contact your insurer and send them the receipt.

What is your cancellation policy?

We operate a 48 hours cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment you will not be charged.

In cases of severe illness or Covid-19 symptoms after the 48 hour window please provide as much notice as possible. Please be advised that late cancellation fee waiving is subject to discretion and a late fee may still apply.

I am disabled, can I still have a treatment?

Yes, Feel Good Balham is fully accessible.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards, including American Express.

We ask that you use contactless methods where possible – Google Pay or Apple Pay.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months.

If they expire before being used they can be reactivated for a £10 charge.

What changes have been made as a response to COVID-19?

We have done a full COVID-19 risk assessment to make sure that we identify and make the necessary changes in order to ensure the safety of our clients, therapists and staff.
Our team have all completed COVID-19 infection and prevention courses.
We have increased the frequency of our cleaning schedule.

I have a gift voucher that will expire soon. I've not been able to use it because of COVID-19, will my voucher be extended?

Yes. We will be extending all gift vouchers with expiry dates between 20th March 2020 and 16th July 2020, and December 2020 and April 2021 adding an additional 4 months to the validity to cover the period of time we were closed due to the COVID-19

Is parking available at Feel Good Balham?

Unfortunately we don’t have parking at the centre, however, there is on-street parking in the surrounding streets, as well as parking available in the Sainsburys and Waitrose car parks.

I have bought a package with one therapist, am I able to use it with another therapist?

Unfortunately not, packages bought are only valid with the therapist who offered you the package. Any treatment with another therapist will need to be paid for.
