Some of the areas Cheryl specialises in are:

Fertility

The road to motherhood is not an easy journey for everyone, and Cheryl is here to offer support to those struggling from infertility or secondary infertility. Trying for a baby can be an incredibly lonely, upsetting, confusing and frustrating time, so having a safe space to talk through what is going on, and can be incredibly cathartic and helpful.

Motherhood

Navigating Motherhood can be incredibly challenging and can affect mental health in many ways; from early pregnancy to starting maternity leave, through the return to work – or not – up through the school years and beyond. There are so many anxieties to face once you get that positive result and seeing someone to talk them through can help you feel mentally robust to deal with the many challenges of pregnancy, birth and motherhood and the change in identity that comes with them.

Peri/Menopause

This huge change in life can result in a loss of confidence, overwhelm, anxiety and depression and with symptoms that can sometimes be debilitating, it can harm your sense of self and worth and affect your home life, relationships or career and having a safe space to talk them through with someone who understands can be incredibly helpful.
