Massage Therapist
With six years of experience in healthcare, spanning both the NHS and private sectors, Lauren has demonstrated proficiency in administrative roles and nursing. She holds a Level 3 certification in Holistic Massage, along with comprehensive knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology. Lauren’s passion for holistic treatments originated from her early experiences managing personal health conditions. She has consistently favoured exploring natural and herbal remedies over conventional Western medicine. As an adult, the efficacy and minimal side effects of natural remedies have fuelled her continued interest. Lauren is presently pursuing qualifications in Colon Hydrotherapy to further enhance her expertise.
Lauren is currently working towards achieving her Colon Hydrotherapy qualification.
Lauren is available Monday afternoons, Tuesday mornings, Thursday afternoon and alternate Sundays.
